Nobody likes poor customer service. Not me and certainly not you.
My pedals cost more than some because of the time and care put into their creation and they come with an insane warranty.
Here's the deets, simple and plain: If you have any mechanical or electrical issue with the pedal due to regular use I will fix or replace it for no cost. If an internal component fails, if the shaft of a toggle breaks off, if you plug it into the wall with your wifi router's 9v power supply and get the magic smoke. If these or any other issues arise from normal playing (underwater and interstellar not included), send the pedal to me and I will fix it free of charge. I pay for shipping and will provide you with a link to print off a shipping label
This includes (but not limited to):
~Damage from shipment
~Foot switch failure
~1/4" jack wear out
~Loose power jack
~Failed internal components
~Broken/scratchy pots
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
~Paint/clear coat chips or scratches
~Enclosure damage (crushing/bending)
~Liquid damage
~You* (see below)
Basically if you break it intentionally or it was misused (and i can tell), you bought it. If it broke/failed/arrived damaged in any way, I'm at your service. Because I love these pedals, I want you to be happy with them and feel confident in your purchase. Tone Collector Custom is not going anywhere and will be here to provide customer support for a long time.
* I have had issues with people thinking that foul language and intimidation will get them faster/better service. Instead, it will void your warranty and result in no further communication with me in any form. I reserve the right not to serve you in these extreme cases.
Harassment/Fraud will result in legal action.
